Michael is a multi instrumentalist composer, session musician, educator, producer, engineer and former touring musician. After many years in the orchestra pit and behind the console playing hundreds of shows and engineering, mixing and producing over a hundred albums Michael began writing production music.
With hundreds of tracks published and consistently playing you’ve no doubt heard him but just didn’t know it.
A real highlight with Synctracks was with his track ‘Dangerous Times’ playing around 200 times a day on Sky Living behind the exclusive sponsors Liberte Yoghurt.
Looking to the future Michael has teamed up with songwriter Lee Perry to write production music which is cinematic with a textural feel but always with an ear on hooks and a feeling of nostalgia and familiarity.
Under the pseudonym LPM they released their debut album ‘Senses’ in late 2023 and are working towards album number two alongside a fresh collection of production music.
